Tracking clicks in raw html or flashAdButler will not automatically track clicks in raw html/script type banners because it delivers the content exactly as entered-- which means that when a user clicks on your ad they aren't taken to an adButler redirect unless you specifically include that url in your ad code.
If your raw html code includes a standard link, you can get click-tracking to work by copying the url (the text in the href="..." part) and pasting it into the "Destination URL" field, then replacing the url with the text <*tracking_link*>
Adbutler automatically replaces <*tracking_link*> with a special url that tracks the click through, then forwards the user to the url specified in the redirect url field. This happens transparently without any visible indication to the user that it has occurred.
There is a page about converting flash files here:
http://admin.adbutler.com/flash.spark
(you can access this page by clicking the help link that appears when adding a new flash banner, and it will use your zone/banner IDs to generate the links you need automatically).
