Working with Static Weights

Static Weighting is the simplest form of banner scheduling. When each banner has a weight of 1, they will all show an equal number of times. If one banner has a weight of 2, it will show twice as often as a banner with a weight of 1.

You can also user static weights as percentages. For example, if you had banners with the weights 60,30,10 the first banner would show 60% of the time, the second banner 30% of the time, and the third banner 10%.

The static weight of a banner using Smooth Delivery is ignored. Banners with static weights are only shown in the fraction of impression that have not been co-opted for the smooth delivery banners.
