Dealing with problem users.

If your forum uses logins, you can ban problem users from the "User Admin" tab of your forum's control panel. Deleting the user makes the username/email available for re-use, but a banned user cannot be recreated.

To stop a user from creating a new login with a different email/username, you will need to ban their IP. You can do this by clicking the Ban IP button to the upper right of a message they have posted. You can also ban an individual IP or a range of IPs from the Security page of the control panel. You can review the IPs from past posts from the Logs page.
