Allow for multiple admins or assistant managers. If something happens to our manager and they are unable to get on the computer or board for a couple of days/weeks/months, it will cause problems were our group has no privlidges to change things or add/approve new members.

I like the changes that have been made to the avatar feature, but I was disappointed when I could not upload a gif image from my computer in the larger size. It automatically changes the picture to jpg. I realize that I can upload a gif image the old way but then I am still restricted to the 100x100 size. It would be nice to be able to load a gif image at the larger size so that others could actually see what is in the frames. Just a suggestion. Also it would be nice if the board could remember what posts you have read when logged in but switching computers. (like from work to home) Or a Mark All Read for the same reason.

I have a couple of suggestions. One is Virtual Hosting. It\'s the newest tool for message forums nowadays. Members can receive points and rewards for making great posts from other members. There should also be an option for folks to give and receive thanks for posting great topics/replies. I think it\'s something that will draw members to the site as well. My second suggestion is to create a tool where you can see who\'s been online within the past 24 hours and in which topic. It\'s a good way to monitor your site and fend off registered lurkers that don\'t post to anything.
